How To Print

We do not offer any printing services. All of our products are the digital download files, which gives you the flexibility to print wherever and whenever you like.  You can print as many copies as you like as long as it is for your personal use only.

Every printer and monitor/screen is calibrated differently and will produce variations in color. Therefore, printed colors may vary from the photos shown depending on the equipment and paper type you use.

HOME PRINTING
For templates 8.5×11” or smaller, printing at home is a wonderful option.

Here are some suggestions to help make the process easy.

• We highly recommend using a standard copy paper as test sheets before printing on nicer card stock. Test prints are useful to ensure proper printer settings. Desire colors and all text and artworks are within trim marks.
• Please note: it is very important to CHECK all your text information (for editable templates). It’s always easy to oversee grammar or spelling errors when you are busy creating. So this sample printing is a really important part of creating. We also recommend having another pair of eyes proofread to help spot any errors.
• Be sure the document prints at 100% or Actual size in your home printer setting.
• Double-sided printing: for templates that require double-sided printing, first print the front page only on test paper. Then place the printed page back into the paper tray to print the backside.
  This may require some trial and error to get the correct orientation, so using test sheets is recommended before printing on card stock. Important to note: printing double-sided does not always achieve a perfect outcome. The paper can shift slightly in the printer as it’s being fed through and cause the front to not be perfectly aligned with the back of the template.
  Most printers and even at professional print shops, do not print perfectly aligned and alignment can vary from printer to printer. For best results, we recommend considering orienting double-sided templates professionally.
• Choosing paper: For best results, we recommend using thick card stock. Most home printers comfortably print on 90-110lb stock. If you are purchasing a specialty paper, make sure that it will work with your type of printer.

PROFESSIONAL PRINT SHOP, COPY CENTER OR ONLINE PRINTER
An affordable and very convenient printing option is to take your file into a print shop and get it professionally printed (stores like FedEx, Wallmart, Kinkos, Walgreen, etc.). Many print shops have an option to either email or upload your file to their website, select a paper and simply pick up the prints in 1-2 days. You can always call the print shop of your choice and ask your questions with the printing department to ensure your download is a correct file format and to clear up any questions you might have.

• Send your PDF file to a print center like COSTCO, Office Max, Office Depot, Walgreens, Staples, FedEx Office, ETC. Please check with them what format they prefer. They will most likely ask for your files to be saved with the “Crop Mark & Bleed” -option enabled. ( Note: Check with what are the available paper to print & the paper quality too).
